Dressing as The Little Mermaid for Halloween this year

I began this blog as a way to start telling my stories, adventures and memories of my time working for the mouse. To share my inner most nerdy-ness and my travels from around the world.

It all began in a galaxy far, far away. When I was younger my dad used to take me out of school to go into the city to go see the “new” Old Star Wars films when they used to be replayed at the theaters. This is where my nerdy-ness began. At first I tried to fight it and ignore it but it soon won and I’ve branched out from there.

Just like the start of me becoming a full fledged nerd, my obsession with Disney began when I was a little girl. When all you did was dream about being a Disney Princess or taking that oh so special trip to Disney. Where you pretended you were Ariel every time you had a bath or  Tiger every time you were on a trampoline. Where you had that one special movie you played on repeat, knew every word to and drove your parents nuts with it ( Jungle Book was my addiction, I watched it so many times I actually wore out the tape).

I’m now a 20 something “Disney Princess” who is even more Disney obsessed and one thing I’ve learned over the years is that a trip to Disney is a lot like waiting for Christmas Morning on Christmas Eve. You can’t sleep, you’re too excited about what is to happen next and it’s always full of great memories.

» If I could, I’d listen to Christmas music year round
» I’m a big foodie and am always up for trying new things
» I’ve completed my first 5k in February 2015 at Disney World
» Jungle Book is now one of my least favourite Disney movies
